LOYALTY PROGRAMME AEON TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1.        Abbott Buy More & Save More 2023 (“Campaign”) is a programme organized by Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”) [Company No. 198701004889 (163560-X)]. Registered members (“Participants”) will enjoy rebates based on the total amount of participating products purchased.

2.        Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By registering, Participants are deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by each term and condition. The Terms and Conditions stated here constitute a legal agreement between Participants and Organiser.

3.        Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, modify, update, change or terminate the Campaign or any portion of the Terms and Conditions from time to time without any prior notification. Any amendments will be effective immediately.

4.        AEON Co. (M) Bhd. [Company No. 198401014370 (126926-H)] and AEON BiG (M) Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 199201011156 (242659-T)] shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, costs or expenses incurred, suffered by or arising from the participation of members in the Aeon Loyalty Campaign.

5.        The campaign duration is from 20^th March to 30^th June 2023.

6.        These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between Participants, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“Participant”), and Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn. Bhd., concerning your access to and use of the Campaign as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related.

7.        Participants agree that by participating in the Campaign, the Participant have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions. If Participant do not agree with all these Terms and Conditions, then Participant are expressly prohibited from participating and you must discontinue use immediately.

8.        Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be sent and received from the site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. The Organiser reserve the right, in sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason.

9.        The Organiser will alert Participant about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and Participant waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

10.     It is the Participant’s responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. The Participant will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by the continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.

11.     The information provided on the platform is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

12.     The rewards are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.

13.     By entering this Campaign, retailers and shoppers agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out by Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn. Bhd.

1.0 REGISTRATION

1.1    To register, Participant is required to provide full name as per NRIC and an active mobile number that is valid in Malaysia. Each mobile number can be registered for one membership only.

1.2     Members must register their personal details or business information and keep Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd informed of any changes. Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd cannot be held responsible for any loss of rewards incurred because of out-of-date details.

1.3     To activate your membership account, a One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. You will be required to verify your mobile number by entering the OTP.

1.4     Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any individual that provides inaccurate, incomplete details or it determines to be tampering with the membership sign-up process including but not limited to providing inaccurate, incomplete, or false details.

2.0  PARTICIPATION

Tier 1: Each shopper is entitled to redeem RM 30 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN with purchase of RM600 worth of participating products. (Single receipt/can accumulate up to 2 receipts)

Tier 2: Each shopper is entitled to redeem RM 88 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN with purchase of RM1,500 worth of participating products. (Single reciept/can accumulate up to 4 receipts)

*Each eligible registered user is entitled for a maximum of THREE (3) redemptions of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN.

3.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

3.1    Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to refuse awarding any discount and rewards if Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd. identifies that the transaction processes were in error, not clear, or suspect to fraudulent cases.

3.2    The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

3.3    Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend, modify, update, change or terminate the programme or any portion of the Terms & Conditions from time to time without any prior notification. Any amendment will be effective immediately.

3.4    Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to change the rewards as of the same value at any time without prior notice.

4.0  DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

4.1  By participating in this Campaign, members agree to provide their personal information and agree to receive newsletters or any promotional materials.

4.2 Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to store, process, publish and use the names and/or photos of the participants and winners in addition to their participation for publicity, advertising and/or trade purposes without further compensation or notice, and participants shall not have the right to claim against the Abbott Laboratories (M) Sdn. Bhd. for the aforementioned usage.
