TOPVALU BUY & WIN CONTEST

1. ORGANISER AND ELIGIBILITY

a. The contest is organized by AEON CO (M) BHD. [198401014370 (126926-H)] (hereinafter referred to as “AEON”) and is open to everyone aged 18 and above (“Participant/Participants”) that have a valid residential address in Malaysia, except for all employees of AEON Co., AEON Big, AEON Wellness, AEON Daiso, advertising agencies, Contest service provider of AEON (including its affiliates, related companies and their immediate family members) involved/related to this Contest.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

a. The Contest will commence from 00:00:00 on 1st May 2025 and ends at 23:59:59 on 31st May 2025, with both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”). Any entries received outside the Contest Period will not be accepted or considered. AEON reserves the right to revise the Contest Period at any time without prior notice at its absolute discretion.

3. QUALIFYING CRITERIA AND SUBMISSION ENTRIES

a. To participate in this Contest, the eligible Participants are required to purchase minimum Ringgit Malaysia Thirty (RM 30) of ANY TOPVALU Items in a single receipt within the Contest Period at AEON Retail outlets and/or Maxvalu stores (excluding AEON Kuching Central, AEON Ipoh Falim, Daiso, Wellness and all AEON BIG stores). Participant(s) are required to scan the QR code in order to complete the Contest Form, where the QR code can be accessed via myAEON2go, AEON Retail Malaysia Instagram and also at the specific AEON Retail outlets. Each entry/submission must be submitted via the QR code with a photo of the original purchase receipt.

b. Participants may submit multiple submissions/entries as they desire. For clarity, ONE (1) online Contest Form attached with ONE (1) original receipt with a minimum purchase of RM 30 for Any TOPVALU items will be counted as a SINGLE entry.

c. Each entry/submission is subject to verification by AEON. Participant(s) must keep the original purchase receipt as AEON shall be entitled to request the original purchase receipt to verify the purchase. Failure to provide the original purchase receipt upon request will result in disqualification and/or Prize forfeiture. A photocopied version of the receipt will not be entertained. If any information on the submission is found to be false, inaccurate or wrong, the submission shall be disqualified.

d. Any submission with the receipt that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain information of proof of purchase or does not meet the minimum spending requirement or conditions herein will be disqualified automatically.

4. PRIZES

The eligible Participant will stand a chance to win the Prize (“Prize/Prizes”) as below, subject to the availability of the color in stock: -

5. WINNERS

a. The winners will be announced through draws by 15th June 2025 (except public holiday) after the Contest Period ended or any other date as to be notified by AEON.

b. In the event that the winner announcement date falls on the public holiday, it will be rescheduled to the next working day or any other date as AEON deems fit in its sole and absolute discretion.

c. The winners will be selected through a lucky draw system by AEON, either manually or computerized or in any other methods as AEON may determine at its absolute discretion.

d. Each winner is only entitled to ONE Prize throughout the Contest Period.

e. All Prizes are awarded on an ‘as is basis’ where winners are not entitled to choose and/or change the color of the Prize.

f. All winners will be notified via phone, email, mail or other communication methods as deemed fit at AEON’s discretion. AEON will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the postal notification to the winners.

g. All winners shall claim their Prizes within the period determined by AEON upon the announcement date of the winner list. Should the winner fail to claim the prize within 3 months after the winner announcement date, AEON reserves the right to forfeit the Prize or award the Prize to another participant or winner.

h. Winners are required to comply with the terms and conditions set by the parties responsible for organizing and/or providing the Prizes, as well as any specific terms and conditions related to the Prizes, if any.

6. GENERAL

a. The Prize is non-transferable, non-returnable or non-exchangeable for cash, credit, voucher and such other items in part or full value.

b. All Prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are accepted by the winners without guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied.

c. Kindly check with AEON’s customer service for any warranty pertaining to the Prize.

d. AEON shall have the absolute right to substitute the Prize with any other Prize of similar value as determined by AEON at any time without prior notice.

e. The decision of AEON in all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding. No correspondences, queries or appeals in respect of any decision of AEON will be entertained.

f. AEON reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to vary, reschedule, postpone or extend the Contest Period, timeline and any date herein at any time without notice.

g. All costs and expenses including any payable tax (if applicable) incurred and/or delivery charges (if any) incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem any prize thereof shall be borne by the Participants.
