1 Customer who requires an e-invoice must fill up the form in this link >> E-INVOICE ONLINE FORM

2 Below are the requirements to get an e-invoice: -

i. Submission of the e-invoice is required to be completed within two (2) calendar days, calculated from the next day upon order received.

ii. For the invoice number field, customers are required to include the hashtag symbol (#) before the invoice number. For example, #62799133

iii. The actual receipt of purchase is provided as proof of purchase.

iv. The required customer information is provided.

v. Each invoice number can only be submitted once.
