TERMS AND CONDITIONS

myAEON2go 5^th ANNIVERSARY SHOP & WIN CONTEST (“Contest”)

 By participating in this Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the Organiser (hereinafter defined).

1. Organiser

This contest is organised by AEON CO. (M) BHD. [Registration No. 198401014370 (126926-H)] situated at 3rd Floor, AEON Taman Maluri Shopping Centre, Jalan Jejaka, Taman Maluri, Cheras, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“Organiser” or “AEON”).

 2. Eligibility

a. This Contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years old and above (including both Malaysians and foreigners) who are existing cardholders of a valid and active AEON Member Plus Visa Card (“AMP Card”) and/or AEON Wallet users (hereinafter referred to as the “Participants” or “Participant” as the context may require).

b. Employees of AEON, AEON Credit Service, AEON BiG, advertising agencies, content and/or Contest service providers (including their affiliated and related companies, and immediate family members) directly involved in this Contest are not eligible to participate.

c. Participants are automatically registered as Participants of the Contest upon connecting their AMP Card and spending a minimum of RM50.00 in a single receipt from 17 August until 16 September 2026 (“Contest Period”) on myAEON2go platform.

 3. Contest Period

Start Date : 17 August 2026

End Date  : 16 September 2026

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the Contest, Participants must fulfill the following criteria:

a. Spend a minimum of RM50.00 in a single receipt on the myAEON2go website/platform during the Contest Period.

b. Must be a valid AEON Member Plus Visa Card (AMP Card) holder with an active card or AEON membership status, and must have their card successfully linked to their myAEON2go account in order to qualify for the Contest.

c. Only orders created within the Contest Period shall be eligible for participation in the Contest.

d. Multiple entries are allowed. Each receipt with minimum RM50.00 qualifies as one (1) entry.

e. Winner selection will be based on the original order amount at the time the order is created, and not the final fulfilled amount. Any cancelled, refunded or void transactions, or transactions where the final total amount in the receipt falls below RM50.00, the entry of the Participant is deemed disqualified.

 5. Prize Details

a. A total of 516 winners (“Winners”) will be selected through this Contest. AEON reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.

 b. The Winners shall bear any and all costs related to transportation, travel, accommodation, meals, and any other expenses related to the winner’s participation in the Contest or the collection of the Prizes.

c. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, transferable, or replaceable.

 6. Winner Selection & Notification

a. Winners will be selected via a computerised winner selection system.

b. Winners will be informed via email and Points will be credited into their account within 14 days from the date of winner announcement.

c. There is no limitation on the number of entries submitted during the Contest Period. However, each Participant is entitled to win maximum one (1) Prize only per week, and maximum one (1) Grand Draw Prize throughout the entire Contest.

 7. General

a. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, delete, or add to these Terms & Conditions or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.

b. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and disqualify any redemption or entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or involves fraudulent receipts/transactions.

c. In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding.

 8. Privacy Notice

By participating in this Contest, Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organiser in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Notice (available at https://aeongroupmalaysia.com/personal-privacy-data-notice/) and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

 9. Liability

The Organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred by the Participant in connection with this Contest. Participants agree to indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless against any claims arising from their participation. The Organiser shall not be liable for any technical failures or network disruptions experienced by the Participant that may impact a Participant's ability to participate in the Contest.
